Customer is responsible for service, connection, and equipment necessary for remote access and Monitoring by Phoenix Security Systems. All equipment is the property of the customer, unless otherwise stated in writing. Contracts are based on one year, with a 30 day written notice of cancellation by customer or company at any time.
